Warranty Service Protection

Penguin Spa will provide parts and technical labor to perform all warranty work on your Marquis Spa under the conditions set forth in the Consumers Protection Plan provided by Marquis Corp.

Trip Charge Protection

Penguin Spa will not add a trip charge/service fee on your Marquis Spa for repairs under the warranty as long as the spa resides within our service area (30 mile radius of Oconomowoc).

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

If within the first 30 days of delivery you are not satisfied with your new spa, Penguin Spa will refund the purchase price of the spa less a 10% restocking fee.  Delivery charges, finance charges, construction, electrical, crane fees, water or any other costs incurred by the buyer are not included in any refund.

Deposit Protection

Deposits are 100% refundable for any reason at any time prior to delivery.

In-home Orientation

Upon delivery, Penguin Spa will educate you on spa operation and proper water care.
