Here's how to measure: if you have a carpenter's square, place it on the outside corner of your spa.

If you don't have a carpenter's square, you can use the side of a cardboard box or other stiff cardboard.
If you are not sure of this dimension, make the radius dimension a bit smaller. If the dimension you provide is too large, the cover may not fit. For example, if you are not sure if this dimension should be 6" or 6-1/2" go with the smaller of the two, for a radius dimension of 6".
